BioFocus has signed a pre-let agreement with Aviva Investors for the new Robinson Building, a 60,000-sq.-ft. lab facility at Chesterford Research Park near Cambridge, UK. BioFocus will combine the majority of its drug discovery groups in the new complex to support integrated projects.
